Are you interested in learning a skilled trade and enjoy hands-on work where you can build, repair, and improve things every day? As an Apprentice Joiner, you’ll become part of our maintenance team, gaining practical experience while working towards a recognised qualification.
You’ll learn how to carry out a wide range of joinery and site maintenance tasks, helping to maintain and improve facilities across our busy site. From day one, you’ll be working alongside an experienced Joiner, developing your skills while supporting important maintenance work.

What You’ll Learn with Us
During your apprenticeship, you’ll gain hands-on experience in joinery and site maintenance while working alongside experienced colleagues. You’ll learn how to:
• Work with a qualified Joiner, developing safe and effective joinery skills.
• Carry out maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and basic fabrication across the site.
• Support breakdown response as part of the maintenance team.
• Record maintenance activities using our Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Take part in training, workshops, and development opportunities.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
• Build strong working relationships and contribute to team meetings and improvements.
