• Diet – cut down on salt and eat 5 portions of fruit & veg a day
• Weight – try to reach the right weight for your height
• Exercise – it doesn’t have to be in the gym. How about a regular lunchtime walk?
• Alcohol – moderation is key
• Relaxation – make time for hobbies and relaxation
